Taste of the Field 2026

Join us on January 25, 2026, for our 8th annual Taste of the Field Park fundraiser!

Get ready for an unforgettable evening where comfort food meets culinary artistry. Taste of the Field is a six-course wine pairing benefit dinner that showcases the very best of Lubbock’s local talent — from the chefs in the kitchen to the artists and businesses in our community.

 

This year’s theme, Comfort Food Elevated, pays homage to hometown favorites with a gourmet twist. Each course is created by one of Lubbock’s top chefs, crafted exclusively for this event and unavailable on their restaurant menus. Every dish features fresh, locally sourced ingredients that highlight the richness of our region.

 

Featured Chefs: Tony Pena (Claraboya Skratch Kitchen) Tasha Teel (The Cakery) Bobby Bridges (Sysco) Matt Lopez (Lubbock Country Club) Casey Jones (The Willows) Jason Waters (Escondido Grill).

 

To complement the menu, FireSky Vineyards, a local winery, has curated a selection of wines perfectly paired with each course. The result is a one-night-only dining experience that blends nostalgia, creativity, and fine wine.

In addition to the dinner, guests can explore a silent auction featuring local artists and businesses, offering unique pieces and experiences that further celebrate the spirit of community.

 

Taste of the Field isn’t just a dinner — it’s a celebration of local flavor, local talent, and local generosity, all coming together to support.

Milestones events help us raise funds for the Alström Angels so that they can fund research and resources for Alström Syndrome.
